Step 1

Place the document properties Ctrl. + J.
The dimensions of the film are: 275 px wide and 470 px height. These are the dimensions of the images to be imported.
Background color #FFFFFF.
The frame rate is 12 fps.

Step 2
This step explains how to import an image to the scene.
Select the following sequence File >> Import >> Import to Stage Ctrl. + R.
Navigate to where you placed the image to select it and then select the checkbox to accept.

Step 3
In this way the image is inserted into the scene.
Select the imported image, and then in the Properties pane to place the image in the following coordinates X: 2.5 Y: 0.0.
The image size is 270.0 width  and 365.0 high.

Step 4
Insert a second layer and place the name of the pendulum. Follow step 2 to import another image which represents the pendulum clock.
Select the imported image and using the Ctrl information panel. + I position the image in coordinates X: 108.8 Y: 353.0.
The dimensions of this picture are: 63.0 wide and 117.0 high.
The layer where the clock image inserted, attach the name of the clock.

Step 5
Select the image of the pendulum.

Then click the Free Transform tool Q.

Step 6
Change position at the center of rotation, toward the top center. As shown in the image.

Step 7
In this part rotate (turn) a little picture.
Take the picture by one end, for example at the top right and then turn it two positions.
Rotate the image to the left side.

Step 8
Select the frame layer pendulum.
Then follow the following sequence to make an animation Insert >> Motion Tween

Step 9
Automatically insert a frame number which can indicate that an animation.

Move the center point of rotation to the top of the center, as shown in the image.

Step 10
Select the frame number 12 the pendulum layer.
Take at one end of the image, for example by the top left point.
Then rotate the image four positions to the right side.

Step 11
Select the frame number 24.
Clicking the right mouse button.
In the popup menu select Insert Frame.

Step 12
In this step, select the frame number 24 of the layer pendulum.
Select the image by one end, for example the upper right.
4 positions rotate the image, the image must be exactly like this in the frame number 1.

Step 13
Select the frame number 24 of the layer clock.
Insert a frame F5 in this position.
