How to make an animation with Flash CS3

Hello! again is another great tutorial. Below I present an explanation which will serve to make an animation in which they engage a text and a graphic symbol rate, the symbol used as a mask for the passage of the animation will display the text. This tutorial also learn to use the rectangle tool, apply a motion animation, this animation does not require any ActionScript code. Step 1

Add different properties to the document (ctrl. + J).
The dimensions of the Flash movie is 300 px width * 100 px height.
Set as background color # FFFFFF.
Used as a Frame rate 12 fps.

Step 2

This Flash movie was created only a symbol, press the sequence (ctrl. + F8) to insert the symbol..
Place name symbol (Symbol Mask).
Select the type opsion (Graphic).

Step 3

Once the symbol type (Graphic), select the Rectangle tool (R).
This vector will have no stroke color
Use as (Fill Color) Linear color. Or create your own gradient if you already have experience with flash cs3.
The measures of the rectangle is 291 px width * 46 px high.
Put the Rectangle in coordinates X: 0.0 Y: 0.0.

Step 4

Return to (Scene) to complete the animation, and finish this tutorial.
Make visible the panel of the library (ctrl. + L).
Drag the symbol from the library (Symbol Mask).
Color coordinates of the symbol in coordinates X: 4.5 Y: -12.0. This is the center from the axis of the "X".

Step 5

Select the text tool (T), and then insert a new layer (Layer 2).
Write a word, and then select a font and font size large enough to completely cover the entire rectangle. Measures approximate of the text 290.6 px width * 45.6 px high.
Color text on coordinates X: 4.7 Y: 27.2. This is the center from the axis of the "X".
Note: Another option is to insert the first layer and then select the text tool.

Step 6

Insert a Keyframe (F6) at # 20.
Move the symbol of this new frame to the following coordinates X: 4.5 Y: 65.0.
Note: As you can see only the symbol change of coordinates in the axis of the "Y", the symbol remains in the center from the axis of the "X".

Step 7

This step is very simple to follow, you just have to put in the frame # 20 of layer 2, and then insert a frame (F5). The image can be more explicit.

Step 8

Select frame 1 of layer # 1.
In the Properties pane select (Tween: Motion).
Note: You can select any frame of layer 1. The frame that you can not choose to make this movie is the frame # 20 of layer 1.

           
Step 9

In the next step to convert the layer 2 in a layer mask.
Click the right mouse button on the layer 2.
In the drop down menu select the option (Mask).
