Step 1
Open the Properties Panel (Ctrl + J).
The dimensions of the document are: 250 px wide 250 px high.
Use background color # 000000
Frame rate 12 fps.

Select the oval tool (sub menu select Oval Tool). Open the Properties pane Ctrl. + F3.
Select Stroke color # FF00FF and Stroke Fill color # 0098FF.
Stroke height 2.0.

Figure drawing vector (oval).
Open the Properties pane (Ctrl + F3), select the coordinates and dimensions of the oval.
Coordinates X: 25.0 Y: 25.0.
Width and height dimensions 200.0 200.0.

Insert a frame (F5) to position # 30
