Esta animación esta realizada en el programa flash cs4, la totalidad de la animación esta realizada en la escena eso es con la finalidad de no complicar demasiado la explicación. Step 1
Place the document Ctrl properties. + J
The dimensions of the film are: 300 px wide and 300 px height.
Background color # 000000.
The frame rate is 12 fps.
Step 2
Select the Oval tool (O), then open the Properties pane Ctrl. + F3.
Select the stroke color # 0098FF and the fill color # 006666.
Size of line 2.00.
Step 3
Figure drawing vector selected, then place the dimensions and position of the figure.
Position coordinates X: 25.0 Y: 25.0.
The measure shows the wide oval 250.0 250.0 high.

Insert the animation Insert>> Motion Tween.
Step 5
Highlighting the timeline Ctrl. + Alt + T, it will input 12 frames automatically.

In the Timeline, select Frame # 12.

In this step, take a little care in order to get a good view animation. Select the vector figure then open the Properties pane Ctrl. + F3.
Open the panel COLOR EFFECT and select Style Tint and select the color # FF0000.
Box Tint reduce that percentage to 50%.

Insert a frame F6 in position # 24
Step 9
Select the frame vector figure # 24. Open the Properties pane Ctrl. + F3. In the box COLOR EFFECT select style: Tint. Reduce the percentage to a value of 0%.
